Revamped Restaurant

Franklin Manor is pleased to welcome our new team of Chefs and professional wait staff in our

 "Table Manor Restaurant"

Our team are dedicated in offering a full gastronomic tour of the finest fresh produce and wine that the state has to offer.

Where possible our kitchen uses the finest local in season produce ensuring maximum quality and flavour.

We offer wine tasting to our guests before dinner to consult with our head Chef and sommelier to help find the perfect Tasmanian wine to match both your tastes and our fresh cuisine.

During your dining experience you are welcome to browse our cellars and our gardens between courses. For guests staying in house you are welcome to curl up in one of our many sitting rooms and enjoy a range of night caps including Tasmanian white ports, liqueurs and scotch whisky.

 Vegetarian dishes are available on request and special dietary requirements can easily be accommodated with notice.
