When you enter the Century old house you can expect to be surprised. That is exactly what our Chef is going to do, surprise you with his specialty tasting menu, featuring delicious courses, and each of these boasting the finest Tasmanian produce.

If any of our guests have allergies or dietary requirements we can make allowances and adjustments, please advise.

The menu is available to view prior to dinner if you require, otherwise, be surprised with each course as it comes.

This is a dining experience not to be missed and never to be forgotten.

We have wines by the glass that have been specially selected to compliment the menus, or make your way down to our wine cellar to choose for yourself.
